IOB Apprentice Recruitment 2026 graduates के लिए banking sector में practical training पाने का अच्छा अवसर है। Indian Overseas Bank एक leading Public Sector Bank है और यह recruitment Apprentices Act, 1961 के तहत FY 2026-27 के लिए की जा रही है। Selected candidates को एक वर्ष की apprenticeship training दी जाएगी।
यह recruitment permanent bank job नहीं है। Apprentice को training period के दौरान monthly stipend मिलेगा, लेकिन regular employee जैसी salary, allowances या permanent service benefits नहीं मिलेंगे। Training complete होने के बाद Bank पर regular employment देने की कोई बाध्यता नहीं होगी।
Candidates केवल एक State/UT के लिए apply कर सकते हैं। जिस State के लिए candidate apply करेगा, उसे उस State की local language पढ़ना, लिखना, बोलना और समझना आना चाहिए।

🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidate के पास Government-recognized University से किसी भी discipline में Graduation Degree होनी चाहिए। Equivalent Central Government-recognized qualification भी acceptable है।
NATS candidates के लिए Graduation result 01 March 2022 से 31 July 2026 के बीच declared होना चाहिए। Candidate को जरूरत पड़ने पर marksheets और provisional/degree certificate produce करना होगा।
